ORDERS
All orders submitted on the websites of JOANEL INC. will be processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
An order confirmation from JOANEL INC. will be sent to you by return e-mail at the address provided at the time of purchase, within a delay of 24 hours following the order. If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact JOANEL INC.
The availability of items is subject to reservation, product availability is not guaranteed at time of order entry.
Presently all JOANEL INC. products purchased via its websites are available only in Canada and in the United States.
SHIPPING
JOANEL INC. will ship the products ordered by you according to the address indicated in the order confirmation.
Delivery times provided by JOANEL INC. are estimates only. JOANEL INC. shall not be responsible at ANY MOMENT for any damages or costs resulting from delays in delivery
JOANEL INC. uses the delivery services of Canada Post and is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery delays caused by the carrier. All orders are shipped within three to seven business days following reception of Canadian order and seven to ten business days following reception of American order.
Make sure that your package is not damaged before accepting it. If it is damaged, refuse it and contact Joanel Inc. at 1-888-9Joanel.
Once parcel is accepted, the responsibility of the merchandise is transferred to the signator.
SHIPPING FEES
For a limited time only, JOANEL INC. is offering free shipping on any orders over 89.00$ CDN or USD. For orders less than this amount the fee is 10.00$ CDN or 15.00$ USD.
If the shipping address provided at time of purchase is incorrect and the order must be re-delivered or re-routed to the new destination additional shipping fees will be charged at the above rate
The free shipping policy does not apply in the case of re-delivery or re-routing of merchandise.
EXCHANGE POLICY ONLINE PURCHASES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we will exchange any unworn or defective merchandise within 15 days following the first day of arrival of goods at the delivery address indicated on your order.
Please contact us at 1-888-9JOANEL INC. extension 5227 to obtain a return authorization number and then return the goods.
We do not accept parcels without an authorisation number
Merchandise must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
JOANEL INC. is not responsible for shipping fees for returned goods.
All items bought online via the website www.joanelinc.ca or its derivatives cannot be exchanged at store level. To ensure appropriate exchange, please return by mail with authorisation number, a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason for return and the new item desired (style and color)

In no event will JOANEL INC. be liable for any indirect damages, howsoever caused, exemplary, aggravated or economic damages, arising out of the products provided by JOANEL INC. or otherwise related to this Agreement or the transactions conducted on or from the www.joanelinc.ca website or its derivatives even if JOANEL INC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.
EXCHANGE POLICY IN STORE PURCHASES
JOANEL INC will not accept defective goods if previously purchased from one of its authorized merchants. These defective goods must be returned at point of purchase with a copy of your receipt in order for the merchant to proceed with the return.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website and its server are located within the Province of Quebec. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as a Quebec contract, without reference to principles of conflict of law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
EXPORT LAWS
Products sold or delivered under this Agreement shall be subject to the export control laws and regulations of Canada. You agree to comply at all times with all such laws and regulations. You will defend and hold JOANEL INC. harmless against all claims, damages or liability resulting from breach of the foregoing.

How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail will contain your order number, which along with the postal code of your shipping address will be all you need to track your order online at Canada Post.
How can I change /cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it in exchange for another item from our vast Collection.
How long will it take to receive my order?

No, unfortunately placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability when placing the order.
I saw an item on your website and not long after, it disappeared. Why is this?
JOANEL INC. styles are original and quantities are limited, as soon as they are no longer available, they are immediately removed from the website
Can I rely on the colors of the products I see on my computer screen?
Being that JOANEL INC. uses high resolution images, colors may vary from one computer to another.

Use the search bar in the top right corner of our web page to find your nearest store location with your postal code. Check with the retailer if they have the item you are looking for. You may order the item at that retailer or order directly online using one of JOANEL INC. websites.
Do you have a product catalogue?
Given that the JOANEL INC. Collection are as vast and diversified, the best place to view the collection is on our Website. We do not offer printed catalogues.

The JOANEL INC. products can now be found in up to 2000 retail stores across Canada and the United-States. Unfortunately none of which carry at the moment all our products. You may locate any one of these stores by clicking on closest retailers at the beginning of the website and order through that retailer nearest to you or order the selected product via one of JOANEL INC. websites.
